Programme Overview

  • BVA/B.Des. in Product Design aims to impart theory and fundamental concepts of design. It teaches students the interaction of technology with the concepts employed in product creation. The programmeme teaches students to comprehend various visual and tactile concepts.
  • Students are encouraged to incorporate numerous media during the production practice session.
  • They are also encouraged to recognize prospects to use in their projects to increase their knowledge of alternative methods of creating work.

The BVA/B.Des. in Product Design seeks to develop:

  • Analytical talents and the capacity to accurately assess a situation and identify potential areas for improvement. These skills are crucial for success in the field.
  • Build a teamwork mentality which allows to combine ideas and opinions to improve the product. This allows students to obtain different perspectives and come up with a cohesive solution to build a better product.
  • Creative thinking wherein the modes of problem solving can be applied to evaluate the current issue and devise a solution that will be more effective in the future.
