Game on for all the students at JD School of Design:

On Saturday, April 13, 2024, Game On at the JD School of Design (JDSD) held an indoor sports day. The purpose of this event is to encourage healthy competition, sportsmanship, and a sense of community among the students and educators. This thrilling occasion offers a much-needed diversion from academic regimens and enables participants to compete in a friendly setting while developing important life skills.

Indoor Sports Day Activities:

A range of exciting games intended to assess reflexes, hand-eye coordination, and strategic thinking are available during the Indoor Sports Day. And those events are:

• Table Tennis (Singles): Players can show off their talents and become the champion in this age-old game that emphasises focus and precision.

• Carrom (Team Competition): Players must exhibit precise accuracy and tactical skill in this strategic board game. The squad that emerges victorious will be proclaimed the carrom kings or queens!

• Badminton (Doubles – Men & Women): This fast-moving, high-energy sport puts your agility, endurance, and badminton skills to the test. Exciting rallies, strong smashes, and a general spirit of unity are what players can anticipate.

Not just competition:

The JDSD Sports Day is much more than just winning games. It provides a forum for fostering cooperation and harmony among JDSD members.

• Support from spectators: The event fosters fervent encouragement and support for other competitors, resulting in a lively and thrilling atmosphere.

All students were invited to take part in this interesting event by the JD School of Design. The event was conducted by the faculty of JD School of Design with a lot of zeal and with their support, it had a smooth conduct and was definitely enjoyable. As the echoes of cheers fade and the last game concludes, we reflect on a day brimming with memories that will linger in our hearts.
